We would like to express our sincerest apologies but our daily operations and supply chain has been significantly impacted by the worldwide pandemic. Many of our items have become increasingly challenging to secure.  We are taking orders but due to significant delays from our manufacturers and limited staffing, orders are taking 1-2 weeks to process and pull. Once we process and pull the item/s requested we will complete shipping.  If any of the items requested are not available at the time of pulling, we will contact you regarding the following options:

1. We can ship the available items and cancel the unavailable item/s and issue a refund for the item/s and the shipping cost associated with the item/s, or

2. We can cancel the order entirely and issue a full refund
